Hello and welcome!
I have a card I made with the brand newly released digital set by Graciellie Designs called
I colored the image with alcohol markers and then added gelly roll glitter pen to the whip cream and Wink of Stella to the cookies. Then I added Glossy Accents to the cookies and after it dried added the white dots with a paint pen.
Here's a closer look at the shine on the cookies:
The background was made with a stencil from Joy Clair Stamps store called Hexchain Stencil and a blender brush and Distress Oxide inks. I inked it darker on the top and lightened it up as I moved down to the bottom. I cut a circle from the panel and then backed it in black and added a frame around the opening before adding my cup image and then the sentiment.
The sentiment is from the same set. Below you can see on the left, no shine and then on the right lots of shine when the light hits it just right!
