For my card I created dimension by stacking die cuts of frames and snowflakes. I also set back into the frame another die with circle holes in it and then filled those with Nuvo drops.
Here's a closer look at the raised and lowered areas on my focal point.
The sentiment is from Joy Clair stamps.

I haven't used that die in ages, Angie. It looks wonderful stacked up with the snowflake and 'holey' die in the middle.
