Happy Halloween with Reverse Confetti "Too Cute to Spook"

Hello and welcome!

I made another Halloween card today with stamps, dies and patterned paper from Reverse Confetti.  The stamp/die set is called "Too Cute to Spook."

After stamping the images (I masked the sweet kitty) so I could ink and splatter the background.  The hat was die cut out colored and placed on her head.  The spiderwebs were too hard to see against that dark background so I went over them with a black marker and added some tiny Nuvo Moon Dust glitter drops to give them a little more shine.  It's hard to see that in the pictures.
The little purple strips with words on them came from an older Halloween paper pack by Reverse Confetti.
