Have a Beautiful Day - Paper Piecing Plaid, Stripes & Dots

Hello and welcome!

I had some fun in the cave today paper piecing this "Angie's Girls Unity Stamp" with paper from my stash.  Paper piecing is one of my favorite things to do on cards...I find it very therapeutic - I have no idea why, it's just very calming to do!

I made 2 very similar cards, just put patterns in different places on her clothes.  I can't decide which one I like better.  I bought this stamp because it reminded my of my daughters, so guess who I will be sending these to?  No suprise there!  Here's my 2nd card:

And here's both of them side by side:

Which is your favorite?  Let me know in the comments below and thanks so much for stopping by!

  2. Great job on the paper piecing! I really like the monochromatic matching papers you used on this stamp: it is very effective with the CAS look of this design. Really nice! Thanks for joining us at A Place To Start and hope that you join us for future challenges!

  4. WOW they are both fabulous ... very difficult choosing one over the other but I think the one with the solid over jacket is my favorite! Again ... both are awesome! Thanks so much for playing in our challenge at the Alphabet Challenge Blog!
