Hello and welcome! I had a lot of fun added to my encouragement stash today with some new to me products I recently purchased from Simon Says Stamp by The Stamp Market.
Card #1 features a watercolored panel with the "Hello die" cut out matted on black and a background of black and white made with "Framed Florals."
(All my supplies are linked below for all 5 cards.)
Here's a closer look at my first card:
Here's my 2nd card:
I cut a number of "Hand Drawn Hearts" out of different colors as I played today and this was actually my last card that I made with all the leftovers. The sentiment is from the same stamp set as the first cards flowers were from.
Here's a close up of that card:
Now on to my 3rd card:
This card was made with all the same supplies with the addition of the brick wall stencil from Darice. I used the same watercolored panel and some kraft card stock too. The word dies is stacked with teal on the bottom, then kraft, then the watercolored paper.
Here's a closer look:
My next two cards were out of my comfort zone because I used a piece of hot pink felt like paper that I received free when I attended Creativation last year. (I can't remember where I got it or the brand name on it.) But hot pink is definitely not one of my go to colors...in fact I rarely use solid hot pink on anything! But I wanted to use it up and see what I could come up with.
Here's card number 4:
I used more of the same supplies with the addition of that hot pink piece. It's such a dark hot pink that it almost looks red in the picture! And here's a close up look:
Now for my last card and my least favorite:
I think I don't like it because it's so dark and bold and that is definitely not my style! But I wanted to use up the leftover pieces and this is what happened! Here's a closer look:
I hope you enjoyed looking at my array of cards using the same supplies for pretty much all of them.
Which one is your favorite? Leave me a comment and let me know!
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Angie

It's hard to pick a favorite since they are all so pretty. I think #4 because of the pretty smooshes. I like how you used part of the smoosh paper for the outline of the heart on card #3.
ReplyDeleteWOW! Awesome designs, especially love the penultimate card! Great colors
