Ombre Hey Friend

Hello and welcome!

Today I have a fun ombre card using products from Your Next Stamp and The Stamp Market.

I took watercolor paper and colored it with Distress Inks in an Ombre pattern, then used the "hey friend" die to cut out the letters.  I used the negative space on the die cut piece to help me place the letter spacing correctly, then added the image from Your Next Stamp.  Here is a closer look.

The ombre colored sentiment is awesome! Using the negative space on the die cut piece for the perfect spacing is a clever idea.
