Thinking of You with Simon Says Stamp Delicate Flowers

Hello and welcome!
I have a pretty floral one layer CAS card today I made when I got to spend just a short time in the craft cave today!  I used the new Simon Says Stamp Delicate Flowers stamp set with Prismacolor pencils and gamsol.  I framed the flower by embossing a dotted rectangle around it, then using Tumbled Glass Distress Ink to lightly shade the outside of the frame.  Then I took another flower and laid it on top of the flower to add a little of the same ink lightly around the edges of the flower to give it a little glow.  Here's a closer look:

Thanks so much for stopping by!

  1. A beautiful stamp for sure - Thanks for sharing at Mod Squad - one layer CAS - no patterned paper challenge - best wishes in the draw!

  2. Hi Angie: I love your work and this is inspirational. In fact after viewing many of your recent CAS cards I've gotten into making a few of my own. This is so pretty as are a lot of your cards. Many thanks for the ideas
