My first birthday card for today was made with Altenew's Birthday Greetings and Serendipity Stamps Party Balloons die. I used tissue paper watercolored with Distress Inks, for the background and a little Nuvo silver glitter drops to add shine to the balloons.

Beautifully CAS and I love the bit of shimmer on the balloons. I bought some Nuvo drops and haven't cracked the seal yet (oh the shame lol). Thanks for joining us again and sharing for the hop!
