Today I was playing with a new set from Newton's Nook called "Rainy Day" and made this card with a couple of challenges in mind. The plaid paper is from the April Simon Says kit and I colored the images with Prismacolor pencils and added them on a scalloped die cut with Wplus9 Sunshine Layers, inked an anchor for the images, then added the sentiment from the same set. Lastly I added Spectrum Noir shimmer pen to umbrella and a few water droplets from Papertrey Ink.
