I had a lot of fun making this card and here are the supplies I used:

Stamps used:  Reverse Confetti Mermaid Wishes, Designs by Ryn Water Effects 1
Dies used:  Memory Box stitched circles
Inks: Memento & Archival, Distress Ink, MFT inks, Hero Arts inks blended for water, white gel pen
Coloring: Spectrum Noir for Mermaid, fishes and other items in water Zig Clean Color markers
Card stock: Reverse Confetti
