It's been very hectic around here recently as my DH has had some medical issues....but everything will be back to normal soon! I always forget to put my Etsy shop on hold when something like this comes up and then I make a sale and remember, oops...forgot again. So I was able to get this packaged and shipped this morning and took just a few pics before I sent it off! I love to make handmade packaging for my items from my shop and make each one unique and special.
For this one I used some music printed card stock from a musical designer pack (look in top right corner of bag for some gorgeous music manuscript) and a Sizzix die to make this pretty little mini bag, and the item (vintage music tux studs) is in a pretty gold swirl organza bag. I made the rosette flower and added vintage sheet music and gold glitter spray before adhering it to the mini bag. I'll be so happy to get back in my woman cave soon, to start creating again!
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Super cool. I, too, like to package up my gifts in handmade packaging. Usually with me it's a box of some sort. Your little bag is wonderful, I love the vintage-y look. I'm sure you will put a smile on the recipient's face. And glad to hear that all will be well with your hubby too.
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful and love that you go the extra mile to make your customers get their items in lovely packaging. So happy to hear your hubby is on the mend too.
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful packaging - so pretty.
