After watching Jennifer McGuire's latest video with Distress Oxide Inks, I decided to play some more with them. I used Gina K Designs card stock and stamped lots of stamps from Hero Arts "Let Love Grow" set in oxide inks. I also used Hero Arts black die ink and the sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp "Big Scripty Greetings" set. I added some white gel pen dots and then trimmed the kraft panel with MFT scalloped stitched edge die and mounted it all on a sheet of Hero Art Wood Grain vellum. (I inked the vellum just a little with regular Distress ink.) I made two of these cards, one with vellum at the top and bottom peeking out and another card with the vellum only showing on the bottom. I love the texture of that wood grain vellum!
