I've decided I had too scramble to much this December to get my holiday cards made. So since I have so many Christmas supplies out, I have started on next year's card. Maybe this will help keep me sane next December! Ohhh, I don't know if there's any hope for that - hahaha!
Supplies used for this card were:
Cas-ual Fridays - "Mon Ami" set (my friend sentiment)
Impression Obsession - "Merry Christmas" die
Reverse Confetti - "Bear Hugs" stamp set, the cute Koala
Gina K Designs - "Fleece Navibaa" set, the string of lights
MFT - Pinked edge die
Essential by Ellen - "Stitched Lines" dies, the snowflake border
Colored with watercolors, Prismacolor pencils, water brush, Wink of Stella
I will be entering this in:
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Great idea .... This is such a cute card! Love the snowflake border - finishes it off so nicely.
ReplyDeleteThis is such a clever card! I love how you kept the background solid and made your image in its perfect square frame. I like the way the strings of lights go off the edge of the square so it makes it look very dynamic and full of life! You've done a wonderful job and I'm so glad you shared your skills with us here at the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog!
ReplyDeleteHow adorable! Super sweet take on the inspiration photo!
