I made this card for the Stamp TV MIUM Snow Challenge hosted by Cat this week and in the One Layer Back in Time Challenge. (Because it's retro looking!)
I used all GKD supplies and added Distress Inks at the top and Marvy Snow Pen with glitter pens and Wink of Stella.
