I had fun playing with my Zig Clean Brush Markers and some Tim Holtz Watercolor paper, then die cut the "Prayers" from Hero Arts/Simon Says Prayers set,
(the sending stamp is from the same set). The doily and the banner dies are from Cheery Lynn Designs. On the left side I added a strip of washi tape on it.

Very pretty card! I like the doily and the black card base, those really help the pretty rainbow sentiment shine!
