I used Zig Clean Color Markers on Tim Holtz Watercolor paper and water brushes to make the background, then stamped Hero Arts Messages with Flourish sentiment in Versifine Ink. I cut the panel with MFT Scalloped Stitched Rectangle die then mounted it on fun foam before attaching to cardbase. Finished off with butterfly sticker from my stash and rainstones from Papertrey Ink.
