Yupo Flowers and Hearts

I had so much fun today playing with Yupo paper, even though I'm covered in alcohol inks!  I made up a couple of large sheets of Yupo and used a dauber with felt to apply the ink.  I used stencils and stamps on the dried ink and because the paper is plastic, the ink reactivates when more ink or alcohol hit it.

Supplies used were:  Yupo paper, heart dies from Paper Smooches, heart punch, Memory Box intricate floral die, paper cutter, corner rounder, fun foam, Die-Namics pierced rectangle die, We R Memories Next Level embossing folder, white and metallic yellow cardstock, ink dauber and two shades of distress ink sponged on the edges.  Sentiment is from Hero Arts "You Are My Hero" set.

  1. That is beautiful! I have been wanting to try the Yupo paper and probably will pick some up when Ranger starts selling it and it is easier to find. Your alcohol ink pieces look great! I always make a royal mess of them, good idea to die cut.

  2. You got some really rich colors here and I love the quilted background. It all looks so shinny and sparkly. Good luck and thanks for playing at the Mod Squad Challenge this week.
