Watercolor background made with Distress Inks, then die cut with Avery Elle stitched border Happy die is from Hero Arts as well as the "for you" which was heat embossed on a strip of vellum. Music die cut from black fun foam is from Memory Box. Tim Holtz watercolor paper was attached to white cardstock the mounted on fun foam on a back layer, then layered on the white card base. I also used Stick-It behind the Happy die so it easily stuck to the vellum. Entering this into the Suzy Pants Smarty Anything Goes with a border challenge:
