Just Us Girls Photo Challenge #524 - Underwater Scene

Hello and welcome to the new challenge this week at Just Us Girls, hosted by Carol.
It's a photo challenge so lets look at the photo she has chosen.

So many possibilities for your creations from the inspiration you can get from that photo!

The "have a whale of a good" part of the sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp "Encouraging Animals."  I cut off the end of that sentiment and added "Birthday" from Altenew's "Birthday Greetings" stamp set.  I thought the fonts of both sets went well together so I cut up the sentiments so I could combine them for this card.  The hearts are from Simon Says Stamp and the rectangle die is from Memory Box.  The wave dies are from Lawn Fawn used on Tim Holtz watercolor paper that I watercolored with Distress Inks.  The bubbles are from Joy Clair's "Washed by the Blood" Color by Faith Bible Journaling stamp set stamped with Versafine Clair ink.  I popped the rectangle up on foam tape on a heavyweight card base from Gina K Designs.

Guest Designing for The Male Room Challenge #130 - Embossing

Hello and welcome!

I'm very honored to guest design for Challenge #130 at The Male Room!

Here's the theme:

For my card I dry embossed the anchor background with a Darice embossing folder.  I also heat embossed the sentiment.  The striped paper is from my stash and the water waves were cut from watercolored paper (watercolored with Distress Inks) with the Lawn Fawn Stitched Wave dies and stacked.  I colored the images with alcohol markers after stamping them with Amalgam ink, assembled my card and then added Nuvo Jewel drops.
